BASE PACKAGE OF SERVICES

  • Conference halls (three halls with capacities of 100, 60 and 40 seats)
  • Media Center Club (for coffee breaks and serving of cocktails)
  • Sound equipment (static and wireless microphones and speakers)
  • Video presentation (PWP, plasmas, projector, laptop, presenter)
  • Preparation of announcements, its publication on the Media Center website and notification of all media outlets (MC Mailing List – win fax)
  • Integral video recording of the entire conference on a DVD (immediately after the conference)
  • Live broadcasting on the internet (Web TV)
  • Photographs on the website MC.rs
  • Publication of the announcement on the Media Center website (searchable by dates and keywords, with around 18,000 visits per day)
  • List of attendees of the event (delivered to the client immediately after the event)

Video conferencing (two-way transmission of video and audio signals from two or more locations, interactively and at the same time – Polycom System), price per hour:100 €

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Prices are expressed in euros, VAT included. The equivalent amount in dinars is calculated using the median exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) on the day of payment
  • Payment: On the day when reservation is accepted, not later than 48 hours before the scheduled time slot
  • Discounts: In accordance with a concluded contract with the Media Center, depending on the number of conferences and other events in a specified time frame
  • Cancellation of events: The client is required to deliver a written notification
    - 48 hours before the scheduled time slot – the event is canceled with a 50% refund
    - less than 48 hours before the scheduled time slot – the full agreed price has to be paid.
